Friday, March 17, 2023 – Former Laikipia Woman Representative, Cate Waruguru, is in a celebratory mood after President William Ruto appointed her as Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Foreign affairs and Diaspora Ministry.
Waruguru was among 50 CAS who were appointed by Ruto in an announcement made by State House spokesman, Hussein Mohamed, on Thursday.
In a post after she was appointed, Waruguru thanked the President for believing in her and vowed to do anything to ensure the Kenya Kwanza Alliance manifesto is implemented.
“Thank you H.E President @WilliamsRutofor giving me the opportunity to serve as the Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs.”
“I’m grateful to God for this golden chance to be part of the team to implement Kenya Kwanza’s development agenda.”
