Friday, March 17, 2023 – A young woman successfully delivered her child outside Sibuoche Dispensary in Migori County without the help of health workers.
She was rushed to the dispensary after going into labour, only to find the dispensary closed.
Her family members assisted her in giving birth.
The dispensary is reportedly in a mess, despite being in existence for over a decade now.
There are no drugs in the dilapidated dispensary that serves the local community and health workers abscond duty at will.
