Tuesday, March 15, 2022 – President Uhuru Kenyatta has exuded confidence that the Supreme Court will quash the High Court and Court of Appeal rulings that nullified the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) last year.
Kenyans across the political divide are waiting for the apex court ruling after the government through Attorney General, Paul Kihara and BBI proponents led by Raila Odinga appealed the ruling.
Though the Supreme Court is yet to deliver its verdict, President Uhuru Kenyatta seems to be aware of the outcome since he told former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka that he will be named Prime Minister in Raila Odinga’s government.
According to Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) spokesman, Dennis Itumbi, Uhuru convinced Kalonzo Musyoka to join Raila Odinga’s Azimio La Umoja Movement on Saturday and repeatedly told him that “The Supreme Court will revive BBI & we will use it to share power,”
KANU Chairman, Gideon Moi has also been promised a senior seat if BBI is passed.
