Monday, February 14, 2022 – Gatundu South Member of Parliament, Moses Kuria, will be holding a thanksgiving rally in Thika after recovering from an accident that saw him hospitalized for months.
The event is scheduled for Saturday 19th February 2022 and will be held at Thika Stadium, Thika Town constituency in Kiambu County.
The theme of the event is “From personal healing to national healing”
Surprisingly, the Gatundu South lawmaker has invited all the top national leaders to this event irrespective of their political affiliations.
“In the list is Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga, who is in Azimio La Umoja Movement, Deputy President William Ruto, who is being seen as his close ally, KANU Chairman Gideon Moi, Wiper Democratic Movement party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, and Narc Kenya Chairperson Martha Karua who are in the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) coalition.
Kuria’s invitations might have been made in accordance with the theme, however, it is not yet clear whether all these politicians will accept to share a podium considering the ongoing heated verbal exchanges.
