The flamboyant fraudster, who masquerades as a businessman, posted a photo on social media flaunting his high-end car.
Chesang masterminded Ksh 181 Million fake laptop tender at Deputy President William Ruto’s office.
He is eyeing Trans Zoia Senatorial seat on the UDA ticket.
