Monday, January 24, 2022 – COTU Secretary-General, Francis Atwoli, has sensationally claimed that Deputy President William Ruto funded Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC NDC yesterday.
This is after Mudavadi officially joined Ruto in an earthquake deal yesterday at Bomas.
Taking to his Twitter page, Atwoli accused the ANC Leader and his Ford Kenya counterpart, Moses Wetangula, of running political parties solely to make money and deals.
Atwoli labeled the two parties as ‘Commercial Kiosks’, noting that Mudavadi and Wetangula were just after Ruto’s money.
“As I said earlier, Amani National Congress and Ford Kenya are political commercial kiosks for (Musalia) Mudavadi and (Moses) Wetangula,” Atwoli said.
He lashed out at Mudavadi for allowing Ruto to fund his party’s NDC, terming it disrespect to the Luhya community.
At the same time, Atwoli claimed Mudavadi won’t be the president of Kenya simply because he has befriended DP Ruto.
“And who told him (Musalia Mudavadi) he is going to be President? Befriending Ruto is not the key to the presidency,” he said.
