Job Title: Front Office Administrator

Location: Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya

Budget: 30 – 35 k

A leading Real Estate developer in Nairobi seeks to hire an experienced male administrator for their Westlands office in Nairobi.

Responsibilities

  • Brief/Board Pack Preparation: Prepare and circulate agenda and minutes prior to meetings. Collate, analyze and present reports.
  • Correspondence: Respond to emails and other correspondence, including but not limited to proposals, quotations, contracts etc.
  • Coordination and logistics planning: Facilitate transportation and coordination of drivers for the sales team and other managers for client’s site visits.
  • Front office operations: Greeting, receiving and welcoming clients at the office, keeping a record of all guests’ visits. Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
  • Calendar/Events Management: Manage the CEO’s meetings and activities. Avoid collisions/omissions on Chairman’s Diary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in relevant field of study
  • 2-3 years of relevant admin experience in a busy trading company
  • Should be assertive and quick thinking
  • Eloquent and articulate with good command of English and Swahili
  • Male candidates will be given preference to maintain gender balance in the office.
