Tuesday, January 25, 2022 – Doctors in Nairobi have advised Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary-General, Francis Atwoli, to start moving around with a sphygmomanometer to check his blood pressure.
According to sources Atwoli, 72, fell ill on Sunday and was rushed to a hospital in Nairobi, where doctors advised him to keep his pressure in check.
In a photo, on Sunday, when Amani National Congress(ANC) party leader, Musalia Mudavadi was causing an ‘earthquake’ at the Bomas of Kenya, Atwoli was spotted convalescing at his home with a blood pressure machine on his table.
Other sources said Atwoli was shocked by Mudavadi’s declaration that he will work with Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the August 9th presidential election prompting his pressure to go up.
Atwoli is among billionaires who are opposed to DP Ruto’s presidency.
Here is a photo of Atwoli moving with a sphygmomanometer to check his blood pressure.
