Saturday, 09 May 2020 – Residents of the leafy suburbs of Nairobi have complained over the rise in crime in their posh neighborhoods.
A twitter user who resides in Karen along Koitobos Road, a few meters from CS Fred Matiangi’s home, narrated how he was robbed by 3 armed guys who were driving a Toyota Fortuner KCM 614 L, while he was jogging.
They robbed him at gun point and made away with his expensive phones and wedding ring.
Other residents of Karen confessed that they have also been robbed by the same thugs driving the same car.
Residents from other posh estates around Nairobi are also complaining that armed hugs riding on motorbikes are causing havoc in broad daylight.
