Sunday, May 17, 2020 – With an alarming number of men resorting to using viagra and other libido boosters to enhance their sexual performance, researchers have found a natural alternative dubbed –  testicle sunning.

This is basically sun bathing but with the testes exposed to the UV light.

Testicle-sunning has been found to increase the levels of testosterone in men.

According to Abraham Myerson’s study published in “The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology” men who exposed their torso – chest, and back – to UV light saw their testosterone levels increase to 120%.”

And when they exposed their testes to UV light, they were able to boost testosterone levels to a whopping 200%!

So how does this work?

The sun is the main source of Vitamin D which is a precursor in the production of testosterone.

Low testosterone levels can impact on a man’s libido as well as reduce energy levels.

The study recommends either early morning or just before noon in order to receive the full spectrum of UVA, UVB and infrared.

Most recommendations suggest around 20 minutes of sunning.

Popular Brain Performance coach and ex-body builder, Ben Greenfield, recently gave his firsthand account after 2 days of red-light therapy for 20 mins:

“That night was date night, and I was a rock star.”

“I sat at dinner, horny, my penis pulsing, staring across the table at my wife and feeling as though I’d popped a couple Viagra.”

“Later, I blew the biggest load I could recall in recent memory.”
