Sunday May 10, 2020 – Fear and panic have engulfed the Mt Kenya region following the disappearance of Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria.
Kuria, who is the de facto Mt Kenya region spokesman, went missing on Friday, hours after visiting Kenyans who had been evicted from their houses in Kariobangi North and Korogocho slum.
While in the company of his Kiharu counterpart, Ndindi Nyoro, Kuria lashed out at President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Government for what he termed as an inhumane act that left at least 7,000 Kenyan families spending nights in the cold from last Sunday.
Commenting on Kuria’s disappearance on Saturday, self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement general, Miguna Miguna, claimed that Moses Kuria was abducted by police under orders from despot Uhuru Kenyatta.
“It does not matter to me if Moses Kuria cheered or even broke his legs in celebration over my abductions, torture, incommunicado detentions, sedation and forceful exile.”
“His obtuseness does not invalidate his human rights. Despot Uhuru Kenyatta must #FreeMosesKuria,” Miguna Miguna said.
