Wednesday May 27, 2020 – Self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) general, Miguna Miguna, has revealed the names of individuals who distributed poisonous food in Kikuyu and Starehe constituencies on Sunday evening.
Suspected poisonous flour, sugar and green peas were dished out from a car in Gikambura by men believed to be associated with Deputy President William Ruto and Kikuyu MP, Kimani Ichungwa.
On Monday, residents who complained of stomach ache, burning sensation in the throat and tongue, went to Gikambura Police Post with the contaminated foodstuff.
Deputy President William Ruto’s spokesman, David Mugonyi, said the DP’s Foundation had nothing to do with the bad food.
Sharing his thoughts on the issue, Miguna Miguna, who is in exile in Canada, revealed the names of criminals who distributed poisonous food in Kikuyu and in Nairobi.
He said President Uhuru Kenyatta’s political advisor, Nancy Gitau, Interior Principal Secretary, Karanja Kibicho, and State House Deputy Chief of Staff, Njee Muturi, are the people behind the poisonous food.
Miguna said that these criminals organized for the poisoning of donations to blame William Ruto.
“Three hungry and innocent Luos were trampled on to death when the German-trained welder and conman Raila Odinga pretended to distribute food in Kibera. Has the @DCI_Kenya hooligans arrested Raila? Arrest Kibicho, Gitau and Njee Muturi for POISONING Kikuyus in Kiambu and Nairobi,” Miguna said on Wednesday.
